refurbishment

We are dedicated to improving where people live: their homes, their communities and the wider environment. We combine passion for what we do with commitment to a friendly, creative and exceptional service that delivers on our promise – every time.

  • Proven track record. We have refurbished more than 105,000 properties across the UK. We have extensive experience in delivering Decent Homes, Scottish Housing Quality Standards and Welsh Housing Quality standards.
  • Environmental leadership. Reducing costs and minimising impact through industry leading waste-management solutions, including achieving 95% recycling on a Decent Homes programme in Sandwell. Our Residents Green Guide helps tenants reduce energy costs and lead a more sustainable lifestyle.
  • Community commitment. Established the first accredited RLO training scheme in conjunction with the Chartered Institute of Housing and Construction Skills. Our TPAS accreditation recognises our commitment to resident involvement.
  • Looking to the future. With the Decent Homes programme coming to an end and the introduction of the Climate Change Bill, we are involved in various research projects including leading the Housing Forum working group looking at the sustainable refurbishment of existing stock. We are also a member of the Tenant Services Authority Repairs and Maintenance advisory panel.
