HCA partner status
The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has been charged with delivering 20,000 new affordable homes and 10,000 new private homes under the government’s £1.5 billion Building Britain’s Future initiative.

- Proven track record. We have recently secured HomeBuy Direct funding through the Kick Start programme for the 271-home Liberty Park mixed-tenure project that we are developing in Coventry with Whitefriars Housing Group.
- Increased affordability. The Liberty Park funding will allow residents to purchase a share of their home and enable us to continue with the provision of rented homes through a cross-subsidy arrangement.
