Tenant Liaison Officer
Purpose:
- To liaise with tenants and construction staff regarding construction works and tenant needs, to ensure a safe and secure environment. Also to ensure access is achieved as planned in order to carry out the works.

Project Manager
Key Accountabilities and Deliverables:
- To deal with people issues in a positive manner.
- Establish an effective communications system.
- Arrange timely access to the dwellings.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction is achieved.
- Keep site team informed and maintain good relationships with the tenants and construction team.
Key Tasks:
- Brief tenants on safety and security issues.
- Establish resident’s charter.
- Give clear understanding of works to occur to the tenants.
- Issue notices for access.
- Inform site team of any special needs for tenants.
- Honest communication with tenants.
- Hold surgeries with tenants.
- Maintain a complaints procedure and deal with disputes and damage claims.
- Maintain a file on each dwelling.
- Produce and issue regular newsletter.
- Attend community events organised.
- Establish a behaviour code for operatives.
- Report all defects to Project Manager and advise on any trends (common defects).
- Organise demonstration of equipment.
- Check that our promises are being delivered.
