Construction Manager

Purpose:

  • Lead, manage and support regions post tender construction activities, to ensure timely delivery of all projects to client and stakeholder satisfaction.

Position Typically Reports To:

Regional Director / Operations Director

Key Accountabilities and Deliverables:

  • Implement group safety policy and procedures across all sites.
  • Implement resource management.
  • Compliance with management plan both pre and post contract.
  • Maintain key relationships with supply chain and customer.

Key Tasks:

  1. Attend contract Review.
  2. Manage and guide the team through project breakdowns.
  3. Ensure receipt of MGD certificate.
