Construction Manager
Purpose:
- Lead, manage and support regions post tender construction activities, to ensure timely delivery of all projects to client and stakeholder satisfaction.
Position Typically Reports To:
Regional Director / Operations Director
Key Accountabilities and Deliverables:
- Implement group safety policy and procedures across all sites.
- Implement resource management.
- Compliance with management plan both pre and post contract.
- Maintain key relationships with supply chain and customer.
Key Tasks:
- Attend contract Review.
- Manage and guide the team through project breakdowns.
- Ensure receipt of MGD certificate.
