Yourspace handover for new client in Covent Garden

The Wates Yourspace team has completed an exciting new office space for one of the UK’s top PR agencies, Gorkana.
The 12,000 sq ft scheme completed in eight weeks and within budget comprises a refresh of the existing headquarters to create break out, tea points and open plan offices. A critical success factor to this project was carrying out the work during occupation to ensure that Gorkana’s business was kept fully operational. Works included partitions, lighting alterations, fire alarm and sprinkler modifications.
The client was delighted with the end result. Sophie Bennett of Gorkana said, “Wates Yourspace did a fantastic job, our newly refurbished office is bright, fresh and much more efficient.
