

Wates Retail win Highly Commended at Construction Marketing Awards

Wates Retail were awarded Highly commended in the Best Use of Strategic Marketing category at the Construction Marketing Awards held at the Waldorf Hotel on 2nd December.
This award recognises excellence in strategic planning. Successful marketing plans are built on clear, high quality strategic thinking, a clear understanding of the market environment in which a business operates as well as developed planning processes all underpining commercial success.
Ian Exall, presenter on the evening and representative from CIMCIG said 'The judging panel decided to make a high commendation to Wates Retail, whose intense focus on market segmentation, metrics and identification of attractive and profitable markets brought great results.'
