Wates Retail and JLP Embark on Another Exciting Collaboration!

Wates Retail have recently been named the main contractor for the new ‘John Lewis at Home’ store in Tamworth which will form part of the roll out of ‘At Home’ stores across the country. Customers are invited to be inspired by the very latest in homeware and technology, from up and coming designers as well as more established names.
This multi million pound project is due to start on site in mid-April for a period of 23 weeks, with the current opening date set for 6th October 2011.
This project will be undertaken in line with JLP’s ‘Responsible Development’ targets including diverting 99% of waste from landfill, achieving BREEAM Excellent and achieving a minimum of 37 on the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
