Thames Valley Housing Awards, Wates Living Space New Build Contract

Thames Valley Housing (TVH) has awarded affordable housing contractor Wates Living Space a £1.6m contract to deliver a new shared ownership scheme in Bracknell, Berkshire, which has one of the country’s fastest growing populations.
Wates Living Space will be redeveloping the site of a former car showroom in Binfield, Bracknell into a new three-storey apartment building to house 21 two-bedroom apartments.
Ray Gasson, business leader, Wates Living Space said: “Bracknell has one of the fastest growing populations in the country and currently very little provision of affordable housing available, so shared ownership schemes are going to be vital to the area over the coming years.”
