This is our fourth project for Surrey County Council and comprises the internal refurbishment of Quadrant House, a four-storey office facility in Guildford. The complete 58,000sq.ft building was stripped out, refurbished and reconfigured to new layouts for open plan offices, meeting rooms, and catering and break-out areas. Complex and extensive replacement of lighting, heating and air handling units (perimeter and ceiling mounted fan-coil) was undertaken with modifications to the two plant rooms in the roof-space and on the ground floor.
Internal works include DDA, window and glazing, plastering to core walls and columns and painting throughout. High quality finishes throughout consist of vinyl and carpet tiles, and ceramic tiling to catering points and renewed toilet facilities. Associated works to the car park area involved reconfiguring to ensure maximising of space and installation of traffic control barriers.
