Wates Interiors successfully completed fitting out the 6th and 7th floors of One London Wall for Osborne Clarke.
The works carried out from developers finishes have dispensed with the traditional legal closed-office environment. Instead, it has been transformed into flexible open plan office areas, conference suite, meeting rooms, break out areas, kitchen, tea-points and a new comms room.
Office areas have carpeted raised access floors. Glazed and solid partitions form the meeting rooms featuring angled walls around the central core of the building and reception area. The core and reception areas are complemented with specialised lighting and ceramic flooring.
The conference room located by the 6th floor roof terrace overlooking St Paul’s has Bamboo partitioning and a specialist AV system.
Modifications to the existing M&E system included the relocation of four pipe fan-coil units, and modifications to the ceiling system suiting the new layout. Showers with ceramic flooring were installed within the base build toilet cores.
This project is one of many legal practice fit-outs completed by Wates Interiors in 2004.
