Wates Interiors has fitted out 80,000sqft
to CAT B over four floors of a new six storey office facility in the Spinningfields
regeneration area of Manchester. Work to
the ground floor comprised of creation of a computer and equipment room, post room and storeroom, and installation of entrance barriers, reception desk and
multi-media screens in the reception area.
Works to the first, second and third floors
involved creating open plan offices, and installing glazed partitioning for meeting / training rooms, an uditorium, satellite ffices and catering points. A café theme will be utilised for the catering areas.
Other works consisted of modifications to the electrical and echanical to suit the new layouts, and fitting four fully tiled showers.
