Wates Interiors is continuing to develop experience through all the sectors the company works in. Attached are some recently completed key projects from each sector.

Financial
The majority of Wates Interiors clients are from the financial sector and include but are by no way limited to KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deutsche Bank, Sumitomo, Royal Bank of Canada, Zurich Financial Services, Barclays Capital and Royal Bank of Canada. The award winning Cornwall Court in Birmingham for PricewaterhouseCoopers is just an example of a key sector for Wates Interiors.

Public
Quadrant Court for Surrey County Council is just one of a series of projects for Surrey County Council completed throughout 2005.

IT
Wates Interiors has a number of clients in the IT sector, LogicaCMG being one of them. What is important in excelling in this area, as Wates Interiors does, is that IT is key across all sectors, and we are able to produce, from a small comms room or IT hub, to a 60,000sq.ft data centre, such as the Waterton Service Centre for LogicaCMG.

Legal
One London Wall for Osborne Clarke. This 60,000sq.ft fit-out in London was highly innovative for the legal sector as it was one of the first legal firms to have an open plan office.
