This 17.5 acre site is situated 3 miles south west of Guildford. The site is located in a prime rural location and has potential to provide a development of high calibre residential homes which will complement the existing area and remove what is considered an undesirable use. In advance of developing proposals Wates Developments will be carrying out a detailed Consultation process with the Community and Key Stakeholders in the area.
