Wates Developments achieved detailed planning consent for a change of use from commercial to residential on this 2.5 acre brownfield site in May 2006.
The scheme offers a mix of 103 flats and houses to include 35% affordable properties. The project is being developed in partnership with Linden Homes and is due to be completed by the end of 2007. The scheme has been a huge success and is now completely sold out.
