Working in partnership with Martin Grant Homes, Wates Developments achieved a Local Plan Allocation for a large residential scheme in 2005. Outline planning consent for 600 new homes, new transport infrastructure, employment, shops and community areas on the
129 acre site was gained
in 2006.
The project will be developed in partnership with Barratt Southern Counties and is due to commence late 2007.
