Our track record in gaining planning permission for both Greenfield and Brownfield sites is renowned. We take a focused and flexible approach that allows us to adapt to the ever changing planning environment in a manner that delivers maximum return. We are constantly increasing our profile through the purchase of freeholds or agreeing contracts to produce land once Wates has delivered planning consent.

Joint Ventures in Development
In addition to gaining planning permission in order to optimise the value of land, we also partner with house builders where Wates remain fully involved throughout the development of the eventual scheme.
