This project, the first of its kind outside the Far East, sits within 100mm of the Heathrow Airfield Guarding Flight-Cone and is subject to rigid Obstacle Limitation operating proceedures. In addition, the main Piccadilly underground rail line serving Hatton Cross runs 2m below the surface to the frontage onto the A30 and is within 8m of the building facade.
 
The development comprises of 8 industrial units made up of 4 units on 2 levels, each with upper level offices. Each level of units has its own service yard area with surface car parking provided at ground level and HGV access to the upper podium-deck service yard.
 
This is a flagship scheme in a long list of projects undertaken by Wates for Brixton plc over the past decade.
