Phase One of Aviator Business Park consisted of the design and construction of two speculative office buildings and associated works that included an access/spine road and estate roundabout.
The team carried out a comprehensive value engineering exercise on Phase One to identify areas where savings could be achieved without compromising quality. These included the introduction of ground stabilisation, switching from concrete to steel frames and standing seam roofs in lieu of asphalt.
Wates has a long and well-respected relationship with Brixton plc for whom the company has completed 21 projects over the past eight years.
